EARLY INTERVENTION - CHILDREN
**The Infant and Toddler Connection of Fairfax-Falls Church is open and receiving referrals via phone and online referral form. Assessments and services are being offered to families via a HIPAA compliant Telepractice platform. If you have questions please call 703-246-7121.**
Provides evaluation and early intervention services to children between the ages of 0-3 years old, who may have a developmental delay or disability. Children are screened for eligibility and if eligible, an assessment appointment is set within 45 days for an evaluation. Each family is assigned a service coordinator to be primary contact.
